lend me some sugar, i am your neighbour!

Jazz: I'm a sucker for anything that's as pretty as it is practical, so when Goodmans asked if we were in need of a fancy new DAB Heritage radio for our kitchen, we couldn't say no! Our kitchen is full of floral prints (thanks to my love of Cath Kidston!) and pastel tones, so the pale green tone of the radio suits are decor perfectly. I have to say, mum spends way more time in the kitchen than I do, but since we've been using this radio, I've certainly been hangin' out in there more than usual to sing along with her!

Barri: As a teenager (way back in the eighties), and when Jazmine was just a little one, I was constantly listening to the radio, with Capital being my station of choice.  One thing I love about the Heritage radio is that I can sync it up to my phone via Bluetooth, allowing me to blast out my personal playlists so I can sing and strut my stuff in the kitchen. What's also a bonus is that as my bedroom is next door to the kitchen, I can set an alarm to switch the radio on first thing in the morning, which always puts me in a great mood to start the day.

Here's what's on our #goodmanskitchenplaylist - perfect listening to accompany a spot of cooking or washing up!
The Power - Snap!
Love Shack - The B-52's
Hey Ya - Outkast
Happy - Pharrell Williams
Drive By - Train
Tide is High - Blondie
One in Ten - UB40
Work - Iggy Azalea
22 - Taylor Swift
I Want to Break Free - Queen
Mama do the Hump - Rizzle Kicks

We were sent a radio by Goodmans in return for a blog post, but all views are our own, of course! Love Barri and Jazz.
