Over the last couple of months, Jazz and I have changed our eating habits to become a little more healthy. The easiest way for us to get some of our five a day is to make super lovely smoothies after work, to fill us up a little before we make dinner a little later in the evening. Our favourite smoothie is banana, strawberries, blueberries, soya milk (Jazz is trying to cut dairy out of her diet where possible) and a couple of spoonfuls of honey, plus we also like to add carrots and beetroot into the mix occasionally. As Jazz works at Cath Kidston, many products work their way into our home, so the Safari tumblers and Painterly Rose measuring cups certainly get a lot of use!
Whilst we love making smoothies and juices at home, our new favourite spots for when we are out and about are Joe & the Juice on Kings Road, as well as Sprout Juicery on Battersea Park Road.
